Being a lifelong student of what brings depth and meaning to being alive, I have searched to heal what separates me from the experience of the Divine Presence. My commitment is to share with others the exploration of what it means to be faithful to the unique treasures we have been given and how they may manifest with each other and with all of creation. The primary teacher for me remains the transformation of the wounds suffered through the process of living. Being a wife, a mother, a therapist, a friend and a grandmother have provided the deepest experiences of seeing my own broken and mended places and in participating in the joy of love. What provides me nourishment and vitality are nature, poetry, dancing, hiking, yoga, meditation and deep listening and stillness. Being part of the Stillpoint community is a sacred honor and blessing which continues to unfold.
